There are many organizations that have diversity plans already in place, but what are your thoughts on the EEOC mandating Affirmative Action plans within organizations for compliance purposes. Do you think these plans are beneficial to the organizations as a whole? How do you think diversity has impacted the regulations of affirmative action plans within the workforce?
Class, what are your thoughts about monitoring workplace computers usage? Does your current (or previous company/organization) have a computer usage policy? Do you think that employers have the right to monitor the information that you are accessing such as, sending and/or receiving e-mails on your work computer? What are your thoughts in terms of privacy?
