“You make a very interesting point that robots will lead to efficiency in the delivery experience. I went and did more research about delivery robots because I found it very interesting. I found that in San Francisco they have a band on deliver robots using the sidewalk because they believe it causes danger to pedestrians and congests the sidewalk. One quote from an interviewee in the article says “sidewalks, I believe, are not playgrounds for the new remote controlled toys of the clever to make money and eliminate jobs,” and another quote from an anti-delivery robot says, “we do not allow bicycles and Segways on our sidewalks, so why allow delivery robots?”

Where do you stand with delivery robots? Do you think San Francisco is overreacting and banning delivery robots was a little absurd?
