COACHING: How would you coach a developing leader who is noticeably “burning out” because they tend to never say no, try to help everyone, and consistently over commit, resulting in unsustainable volumes of work, pressure, stress, on their backs. On top of that you hear them consistently hear them say”if I don’t do it it will never get done, “it will take less time for me to do it”, “I just don’t have the support I need”.
