What leader have you had that are ones that built the team and drove them towards a common goal

Being a leader isn’t easy. Because it requires a unique kind of person to hold that role, you must be well rounded there are “natural leaders”, and for those who want to be a leader of any kind just know that leadership skills can be developed.” Out of all the leadership styles that exist, I cannot stand micro managers! I wonder if anyone can? It is the most annoying and counter productive leadership style I have ever been exposed to! I understand that sometimes leaders must step in and micro manage based on goals or circumstances but micro management as a primary and exclusive means of leadership is absolutely horrible! It makes you feel useless and builds resentment and detracts from focus on the mission. What leader have you had that are ones that built the team and drove them towards a common goal?
