Suppose a local, private hospital established a goal of reducing no-show rates for patient appointments. As a healthcare administrator at the facility, you are asked to help create a new committee to prevent no-show appointments that can drain resources.

• Draft a statement of the purpose for the committee, describe how membership to the committee would be determined, who would be accountable for the progress of the committee, and to whom the committee would report.

• Be 2 pages in length, not including the required cover and reference pages
• Formatted according to APA writing guidelines

• Provide support for your statements with in-text citations from a minimum of three scholarly articles from peer-reviewed journal articles.
