Easy assignment needed! due in 6 hours.

Hello, I need help from someone putting this assignment together. I have the 2 milestones already complete, just need one of them a little cleaner. I have attached feedback that I received from the first milestone, I need that feedback implemented into this, and then just put it all together in the proper format.. Basically adding a little info then putting on the final touches. I’ll pay 15$ for what its probably 30 minutes of work. I just don’t have the time. Its an IT course. Thanks.
