It is essential to have effective communication in healthcare. Patient safety, the quality of their care, and staff satisfaction depends on effective, timely communication. For your initial post, discus the advantages of:

• One communication technology that can enhance patient safety
• One communication technology that can enhance patient satisfaction
• One communication technology that can enhance staff satisfaction

For your reply: 

1. Provide at least two disadvantages for at least one of the communications technologies discussed by your 2 of your peers.
2.  Include a detailed rationales supported by research. 
3. Provided a possible solution.

The initial post will still be the one receiving full grade.
