FIFA Ethical issue

I need you to do the following:

Write a paper must be 7-10 pages, typed double-spaced, Calibri or Times New Roman font. All sources are to be referenced with a footnote/endnotes and the paper must include a complete bibliography. 

The paper will be a summary for a group project I did with my classmates. I attached the document of the group outline; you have to read the outline and then write the paper answering the following in separate paragraphs:

1- What is the ethical issue of FIFA? What’s the problem of FIFA?

2- Why is it a problem?

3-Analyzing the problem using: Approaches to Ethical Decision Making in this website https://www.scu.edu/ethics/ethics-resources/ethical-decision-making/

Which means each approach in one separate paragraph 

4- The solution of FIFA Corruption 

5-Conclusion (It can be many paragraphs): why did we choose our solution? How is it going to fix the problem? And why is it better for FIFA to take our solution?
