Final Presentation
You are a leader in a company that wants to change to more of a B corporation (or non-profit). However, many of the current employees have been with the company for over five years and have established a culture that may not be in line with your new vision. Your job is to analyze your own leadership style and what changes you will need to make to see you vision become reality. You will also need to investigate other companies and how they changed their corporate culture. For your final project you will design a graphic representation of your current culture and your desired culture along with elements you see as key to the transformation. This will include resources (people, finances, policies, corporate support, marketing.) that would be necessary to move the company in a new direction.
