Reflect on how leaders within that organization currently encourage the heart, how they recognize contributions, and how they celebrate values and victories. Be sure to use specific examples and details in your discussion of the current culture of encouraging the heart. Then, explain how you, as a leader, could build upon or improve the different facets of encouraging the heart within an organization. Again, provide detailed examples to support your ideas.
