b.  Select 2 rights that you think are cultural (therefore not universal) and explain why.  Use a relevant example to support your response and link to an article or video connected to the example.

To receive full credit you must clearly identify the article for each type of question AND provide a relevant example WITH links to the example.

Please answer the following question:

Why are refugees so controversial?  Why aren’t they clearly in need of protection based on the UDHR?  Why are they politicized – who benefits? (10 pts)

To answer this question and receive full credit, you must respond in at least one paragraph (5-6 sentences), you must use an example (with citation), and you must use relevant and appropriate data.  This means that you must use data from reputable sources like the UN, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, or other legitimate organizations.  There will be NO partial credit for this question.
