There are typically seven general steps used in assigning costs to individual jobs under the job costing approach. This approach is commonly used in manufacturing, merchandising, and service-related functions in business today.

• Select a job that you would like to use as part of this assignment.
• Write a 1-2 page paper describing the seven-step approach to job costing and how you would use each step to detail the job costing approach.
• Include in your paper a description of each step and how it would help with tracking the costs associated with the job.

This paper needs to be 1-2 pages and must be in APA format.

Please include a reference page and site sources within the paper.
